Hello there!

My name is Zaharia Burghelea, or simply Zacky. I'm a programmer with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Advanced Computing Systems. Currently I am fascinated by Machine Learning, Quantum Computing and Computer Vision. I tend to enjoy programming languages that aren't exceedingly popular, such as Racket, Julia or Haskell, however, I've spent most of my time using Python, C, C++, C# and MatLab.

Besides Computer Science, I've always held a special place for mathematics. In high school I reached the national olympiad and later contributed to various online math forums and magazines, including the Romanian Mathematical Magazine, Crux Mathematicorum, Art of Problem Solving and Mathematics Stack Exchange.

Other hobbies of mine include chess, music and working out.
Recently, I also started to enjoy writing, like on this website, where I'll try to share some of the cool stuff that I've learned over the years in areas related to Mathematics and Computer Science.
